Help! I can't import my transcript from YouTube!
From time to time, Google changes or drops support for previously working services. This is unfortunately something that is out of our control. When transcript import from YouTube is not working, please let us know and we'll get to work on fixing it right away.
In the meantime, please consider using the "Upload Video," or "Paste Transcript" option. You can typically go to the YouTube video in your browser, open the summary, click on "Show Transcript", then select the entire transcript, copy, then paste into the alwrite.ai interface.
